Nisbet Trout Pond, Saskatchewan - Just west of Prince Albert

This little trout pond is located just west of Prince Albert. It's a really nice little pond and is stocked yearly with trout. Great spot for some fishing, or just to enjoy some nature.

There was an announcement years ago that they would stop stocking the pond, but as of 2025 it was still being stocked every year.

There is a sand road to a small parking lot by the pond. It's decent in the summer but I recommend a vehicle with enough clearance and watch for potholes on the first paved section. It is possible to drive right up to the pond, but be careful if you try this, there are some cement blocks that you have to squeeze through, so I recommend just parking in the lot and walking in.

If you visit, please treat the area with respect and don't leave any garbage.
