Last seed starting for the 2023 garden! + hoop house fix

It's three weeks out from the last average frost here in Zone 1a and that means we are almost finished the seed-starting season! In this video, I start the last indoor seeds of the year, transplant some seedlings, direct sow some seeds in the outdoor garden, and show the solution to the hoop house fail from a previous video!
