Road going east from Tantallon, Saskatchewan to the #8 Highway. This area is where Bear Creek runs into the Qu'Appelle River. The Qu'Appelle Valley view from above is spectacular! This area is the eastern edge of the Qu'Appelle Valley, where you will find the Saskatchewan-Manitoba border, the village of Tantallon, and historic sites like Fort John and the former cooperative village of Hamona. The Qu'Appelle River flows into the Assiniboine River just east of the provincial boundary! Lee and I hope to go there someday soon to check where the rivers meet!
