A follower mentioned that this house was built in 1884! I did research and this is what I found out about this adorable house that's near Abernethy, Saskatchewan. This house, often referred to as the Thompson farmhouse, is the original childhood home of Len Thompson, the creator of the iconic Len Thompson fishing lure. The inventor: Len Thompson (born 1894, son of William and Rosanna) developed his first fishing spoon on this farm in 1929.
