Flegel Hill Qu'appelle Valley south of Melville, Saskatchewan

Another viewpoint area of the Qu'Appelle Valley! Flegel Hill (on Google Maps it's Flagel) is on the north side of the Qu'Appelle Valley at the junction of #47 and #247, south of Melville, Saskatchewan. You'll see the west end of Crooked Lake in the distance and the beautiful Qu'Appelle River! Big thanks to the cattle for the photo session! Flegel Hill is part of the historic Qu'Appelle Valley in Saskatchewan, an area shaped by ancient glacial meltwater and known for its First Nations, Métis, and settler history, including fur trading posts like the Hudson's Bay Company's.
