Bird's Point at Round Lake, Saskatchewan March 17th, 2026

The weather was gorgeous on our drive yesterday into the Qu'appelle Valley and with a bird's eye view of the Resort and Village of Bird's Point at Round Lake, Saskatchewan in the Qu'appelle Valley. Bird's Point is a resort village on the north shore of Round Lake in the Qu'Appelle Valley, known as a recreational spot with camping and boating. Developed significantly in the 1940s and 50s, the area survived a severe flood in 1955. The Morgan brothers built a new pavilion following the flood. Many people from surrounding locations remember those "lake dances" and names like "The Guess Who" and Buddy Knox. (Information from the internet) Enjoy over 8 minutes of relaxation.
