Lee and I are on a road adventure, so I thought I'd show the video of the Hyde area from the view point in the Qu'appelle Valley from last December. The frost and fog in the air were beautiful; you could even see the frost sparkling in the air. This area of the valley is south of Melville, Saskatchewan. The Qu'Appelle Valley runs from west to east across southern Saskatchewan. Its westernmost origins are now flooded under the Qu'appelle arm of Lake Diefenbaker. The valley ends a few kilometers across the Saskatchewan-Manitoba boundary at St. Lazare, where the Qu'Appelle River joins the Assiniboine. Song credit: Coldplay 'Paradise'.
