An 8-minute flyover Esterhazy Golf Course to check the flooding conditions. The golf course is a scenic 9-hole, grass-green course situated along the Kaposvar Creek valley in Saskatchewan. Most recently, a significant flood occurred when intense spring rainstorms caused sudden river surges that left the course completely underwater, rendering the bridges impassable. It was like a lake a week ago; it has come down a little. The course will take months to recover, as recovery depends on how quickly the water recedes and how much the soil dries out. Prior to this, the area experienced a major, similar-scale flood in 2014. The Esterhazy Golf Course was built in 1972.
