Skate the Park! - At Echo Valley Provincial Park

New to Saskatchewan Provincial Parks this year is a campground that has been fully converted into a skating surface! Today I tested it out at Echo Valley, and I think this is my new favourite thing. ?

They call it “Skate the Park” and it doesn’t get any better than this! Even when it’s cold, you’re moving around and keeping the blood flowing - if you do catch a chill, there’s a roasty toasty fire going! The feels of skating amongst snow covered trees... it’s quite magical. ❄️?❄️?

Here are the details: Where: Echo Valley Provincial Park The skating loop will be available for use on Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons throughout the winter (starting January 18). Meet at the Visitor Center. Bring your Sask Parks annual park entry permit or purchase entry at the Visitor Center.
