Sawmill Lake
Sawmill Lake is a small, narrow lake 10km E of the village of Shell Lake, it is directly north of the larger Fur Lakes.
A gravel road runs up along the eastern shore. There are cabins and no public access on that side.
Most of the access to the lake is private, but there is a primitive boat launch at the southern tip of the lake.
Northern Pike, Yellow Perch, Walleye and White Sucker can be found in Sawmill Lake.
This lake has been personally visited by myself, Matthew Siemens.

Fishing at Sawmill Lake
The lake was stocked with Walleye back in 2006 but hasn't been stocked since.
They even tried brook trout in here once in 1991. That only happened once so I'm sure they didn't catch on.
Sawmill Lake is in the southern fishing zone.
