Muscowequan Lake is a very small (93 acre) lake located 5.2km NNW of Lestock and 97km WNW of Melville. The lake is partially within Muskowekwan 85-4, Muskowekwan 85-11, Muskowekwan 85 (Reserve).
The lake was officially named on 1963-04-18.
