Lorenz Lake is a medium sized (731 acre) lake located 295km NNE of Pinehouse and 488km NNE of Meadow Lake (City).
Lorenz Lake was named after Carl Ernest Lorenz on 1965-09-10 as part of the GeoMemorial Commemorative Naming Program ran by the Sask Government.
