Vivian Lake is a very small (94 acre) stocked trout lake located 14km WSW of Greig Lake (Village) and 44km NW of Meadow Lake (City). It was last stocked in 2019 with 15 Rainbow Trout Adults.

The lake was officially named on 1949-08-04.
