Peitahigan Lake is a medium sized (676 acre) stocked lake located 16km W of Greig Lake (Village) and 49km NW of Meadow Lake (City). It was last stocked in 2022 with 200,000 Walleye Fry.

Meadow Lake Provincial Park is adjacent to Peitahigan Lake.

The lake was officially named on 1945-07-28. The name Peitahigan Lake is of Cree origin.
