First Day of Summer!
Summer is finally here in Saskatchewan! The weather and bugs haven't been co-operating but
hopefully we'll get some good lake weather soon!
It's been great to see the photos and updates coming in from around the province of people
getting out and enjoying the lakes! If you have reports or photos to add please consider sharing them!

Free Entry to Prince Albert National Park till September 7th, 2026
The Canada Strong Pass has returned for the summer, which means free entry to Prince Albert
National Park and all other national parks across the country until September 7th, 2026.
There is no physical pass to pick up, just show up at the park and enjoy free entry and
discounted camping fees! This is a great opportunity to explore the beautiful lakes and
landscapes of Prince Albert National Park, so if you haven't been before, now is a great time to
check it out!

Site Updates
Videos
I've started linked more YouTube videos from pages on SaskLakes. You'll see them on lake, park,
and fish species pages.
There is a centralized videos page now at sasklakes.ca/videos/ that has a searchable and filterable list of
all the videos I've added so far. If you know of any good Saskatchewan lake channels on YouTube
that you'd like to see added, please send them my way!
Sask Highways Cameras
I just realized that some of the Highway Hotline cameras capture lakes and rivers.
I've added them to the live
cameras page and linked them from the lake/river pages.
